Bryansburn, located in Bangor West, is a contemporary purpose-built 35-bed care home that provides expert nursing care, short-term/respite care, and end-of-life/palliative care. Bryansburn aims to care for its residents in a way that encourages independence and autonomy while also being there to support residents with their individual needs. Staff take a person-centred approach to care and treat residents with dignity and respect, taking into account not only their symptoms and conditions but also a person's preferences and overall wellbeing. Bryansburn strives to create an environment in which your loved ones feel as if they are Living Amongst Friends.

Bryansburn offers state-of-the-art facilities in a homely environment which is divided into four units with four lounges and four dining rooms, allowing for residents to choose where to relax and dine. All bedrooms are well equipped and able to be personalised by residents. Chefs at Bryansburn prepare a variety of fresh, nutritious meals that are able to meet any dietary or cultural requirements. Social interaction is highly encouraged at Bryansburn and many activities are put on for residents to enjoy. The Activities Coordinator ensures to offer fun, therapeutic activities based on residents' interests as well as music therapy sessions, events, and bus trips that family and friends are encouraged to attend. Weekly church services for people of all faiths are also held at Bryansburn.
