Charlie was amazing. I’d dotted around a few physios but as an athlete, none of them really spoke my language till I came across Charlie. I loved his approach to figuring out the root cause of the issue. Meticulously unpacking my story, leaving no stone unturned. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The clinic itself is top-notch – clean, calm, and really well run. From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel welcome and at ease. The whole environment reflects a high standard of professionalism, but still feels personal and friendly. The team is warm and attentive, and everything from booking to treatment flows smoothly. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a space where clients can feel looked after and supported. I always leave feeling like I’m in the best hands – couldn’t recommend it more.

I started by having an assessment of the strength and mobility in all of my major joints, which helped highlight where I was strong and where I was not. Since I've been working on the imbalances highlighted in the report, pretty much all my lifts have increased. The range of motion in my back and hamstrings is better than I can remember. I've also put on 2kg of weight.

Very knowledgeable staff, they make very clear plans which are easy to follow which has provided me with great improvement. They have helped me understand things in a simple and effective way which is easy to stick to.
