Our initial meeting filled us with confidence around the clinic and who we were dealing with and they knew exactly what they were doing more than any other clinic we researched. Until your big day they are always on hand for any information and respond very quickly. On the day the facilities and people are amazing they talk you through the whole procedure what to expect and talk to you all the way through the procedure making sure you are aware of what they found, what they are doing and the en result. Very thorough with pre care and after care and what to expect with next steps. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Review from partner: I had no anxiety or worries about my partner at all during the procedure mainly due to how informative and friendly the staff were. They popped in to let me know how the surgery was going and they regularly knocked to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. The waiting room is amazing with a sofa, blankets, tv, bottled water, juice, tea, coffee and lots of biscuits! The after care advice was given to me really thoroughly and considerately so that I knew how to help my partner once we got home. The surgeon even showed us images of the findings and process of the procedure which was amazing! I honestly couldn’t recommend enough!

Really straightforward service. Friendly and professional staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us understand the whole process from the beginning. They supported us not just on the day, but well in advance—reassuring us and answering all of our questions along the way. The team were also very accommodating with scheduling. We had a holiday planned that allowed us to travel to the clinic much more easily than if we had to come from home, and they kindly fitted us in around that. The doctor even came in on his day off to make sure we could be seen, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, we were taken to a private room where they provided food and drinks. They had calming music playing and talked us through the next steps, which helped us feel relaxed and comfortable. I was also allowed to stay in the room while my partner went for the operation. The room was very comfortable, with a sofa, blankets, snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a TV with Netflix. They also provided guest WiFi. The staff regularly checked in on me and kept me updated throughout, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

What an amazing experience for such a sensitive procedure. All staff were amazing with me and my partner who was waiting in the waiting room. It's like a home from home, the care and empathy from staff are second to none. I would recommend to any of my family and friends

Vasectomy reversal- Arrived a little early, met at the front door by a lovely receptionist who was really accommodating to me and my wife as well as my cousin who was our lift. Comfortable waiting room for those accompanying me with a TV, Netflix etc…. Tea and coffee available. As for the procedure, I was taken to a consultation room to discuss what was going to be done, had pre op prep, nurses are helpful and reassuring all the way through the process. The surgery itself was really good for just being under local anaesthetic. My comfort was of top priority. It was a little uncomfortable until the numbing anaesthetic works which was within seconds. I was able to just chill and have my music/ podcast on on my earphones for the most part. Practically fell asleep for half the procedure so it’s really a comfortable process under the circumstances. Top service and highly recommend if you are looking to have such a procedure.
