Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. My doctor had been incredibly informative and friendly. She gave me really clear counselling on how best to take my medication and manage my adhd better. She was knowledgeable and hugely understanding. I felt listened to and well informed after my consultation. I would be thrilled to have this doctor again!
