Belmont Cottages offer supported living for adults (18+) with learning disabilities and complex needs. It is situated in its own private grounds at Londonderry's Cityside and is conveniently located near local amenities facilities.
Belmont Cottages is able to offer accommodation, support and care for 16 adults.
The accommodation comprises four bungalows each with four beds. Each bungalow has shared living, dining, kitchen and bathroom facilities in its own secure grounds complete with landscaped gardens and patio areas.
Belmont Cottages provides a safe environment for its residents and staff are available 24 hours per day. Staff offer support to help residents develop skills, take control of their life and get involved in day-to-day decision making. Residents are encouraged to be involved with their own care and to achieve personal goals to become more independent and involved in the local community.

To apply for accommodation, applicants can fill in a Residential Supported Living Application form. Applications can be made by a general practitioner, social services, a key worker, or a care manager.
