On my last visit, there was a welcoming face at the desk who immediately greeted me. The place was clean and warm, and it was lovely to see the residents walking about and engaging with the staff and me. Banksfield has always been an extremely welcoming home. The staff are always friendly and approachable. The home is clean and warm, and my mother's needs are always met. The management is easy to approach and speak with about any issues or concerns. They have dealt with recent difficult events with an extreme professional manner, and have reinforced my belief that my mother is in the right place, receiving the right care. I trust their judgement and feel there is a strong partnership between the staff and me to ensure my mother's every need is met.

Came into help activities team with Christmas crafts. Came to the Halloween party and also Christmas Carol concert which was really good and fun. My granddaughter Sophia enjoyed meeting Santa. Staff really friendly.

Banksfield became home to our Mum from day one. The care she received was second to none. Unlike some other residential homes Banksfield was always immaculately clean and smelt so fresh. The staff took time not only to care for and entertain the residents but they also took time to chat to visitors. The changes made to the building has improved it further.
