Highly recommended. After being with another well known provider, and getting the impression I was just another number, I made the switch to Urban TRT and I am glad I made the move. I have a relatively complex medical history and that just didn’t work with the production line mentality of the other clinic. Here I am confident that I am being treated as an individual and I always come away feeling fully informed and clear about the next steps. Another issue I had at the previous provider was the chaotic customer service. Again, here, I am blown away by the competence and attention given by Ritchie, a true superstar that makes the whole process painless. In short Urban TRT know how to do this the right way, treating paying my customers in the right way should be a given, but the other provider left me scratching my head. Top marks all round! Thanks.

The company is very professional and knowledgeable. The one and one consultation was excellent. I understood exactly what the process would be and the consultation was free not like other companies. Once on the treatment the support has been amazing when ever I email or call the company I get a quick response back within a couple of hours. I even emailed in the early hours of the morning and got a response. So a big shout out to Ritchie who has answered all of my questions and been there for me when I needed him making this whole process a lot easier for me.

Switched from Optimale due to their subpar service. Dr Chris Airey and Richard have made the switch to Project Alpha as easy as possible. I emailed Project Alpha my recent enhanced blood test results and had a consultation booked in within the hour. Would recommend if you're looking for a reliable TRT clinic with great subscriptions.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice open discussion with Dr, all questions answered, with advice given freely and my medcation has been personalised to my needs.

Everything, from taking the time to carefully listen to me, to making it feel like I matter to them, Ritchie and Dr Chris have made this a great experience all round. Not once did I feel like Dr Chris wanted me off the phone. Dr Chris is extremely thorough, thoughtful and interested in everything I had to say. Ritchie, your front of house TRT ‘receptionist,’ is approachable and knowledgeable. These guys, make you feel like you’re worth more to them than the money. I changed to PA from another ‘commercial’ provider of TRT and I feel very happy with all it it. It has been a smooth experience and medication was dispatched and arrived on time and as promised.
