My communication with Urban TRT has always been good and the advice was very useful. The approach from the doctors was highly personal and I felt that i was heard in terms of my questions and ho the plan impacts on overall health.

Brilliant service and experience. Everything from start to finish was easy, efficient, on time and stress free. Decided to get blood analysis for a general health check. Results back within two days, complete with full readings and summary of all the information. Highly recommend.

The staff are so friendly and informative. They answer any questions you may have quickly and in detail. You really feel that nothing is too much trouble for them. Appointments are made quickly that fit around your busy life.

So nice not to be rushed during my consultation. It is great to be looked after in a holistic way along side conventional medicine. I am a cancer survivor and I genuinely feel safe and cared for each time I attend.

Everything at Urban was really good, the communication was quick and in the past at my previous clinic what took 3 weeks, took less than a week here. Blood test results came back really quickly as well which was a nice change. The entire process was clear and I was talked through every stage and it seemed nothing was too much trouble.
