This was a very difficult decision to make but the service and advice we received from Gurjinder was amazing and she was so kind and helpful and understood how I was feeling and answered all my questions. Apricity have been superb in my egg freezing journey. All the people I've spoken to have been so helpful and knowledgable, and the app they have makes it really easy to communicate. Using the chat functionality in the app, it feels like I'm speaking with friends, and this has made the journey a lot less scary. I have been really impressed with the organisation of the team supporting me, everyone is very aware of the nuances of my profile and it's clear there is a lot of coordination and care taken by each member in the team. I highly recommend Apricity for any egg freezing processes!

We had a great experience with Apricity, the process of booking tests and scheduling calls was very easy. Our fertility advisor Isabella Marson was great at keeping us up to date with progress, consultation notes and meeting/test reminders. We found the service extremely helpful to give us an insight into our fertility and thankfully gaining positive news that we should continue trying naturally. I would recommend Apricity and if we need to in future I would definitely use Apricity’s services.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly under accommodating. Any concerns I had were met with kindness. I even required support for a personal trouble that happened during the donation process and the team were kind, understanding and even arranged a counselling session to help me. It was genuinely a pleasure to deal with the whole team.
