Apricity has been great! The staff are kind, and I really appreciated having a dedicated advisor and dedicated nurse. Being able to contact the same person when you have questions makes a world of difference. I felt passed around at my previous clinic, and that stressed me out quite a bit. The appointments I’ve had have always been right on time and never rushed. They schedule a generous amount of time for appointments, and I’ve always felt listened to and able to ask questions. The app they is so helpful. I can send questions through the secure messaging system and it keeps track of all my medications and appointments.

_The whole treatment at IVF London from early consultation, procedures and advice after the treatment were fantastic and amazing. We can not express how incredibly and grateful we are to all of the team for what they have done and make us dream again of having the family we wanted for so many years. We had an amazing experience with Apricity. We contacted them to get a second opinion about fertility and they had a couple of tests arranged for us. Everything was smoothly managed. Our advisor guided us through the whole journey and answered all our questions. The doctor also explained all the results and along with the treatment options available to us. This was a very difficult decision to make but the service and advice we received from Gurjinder was amazing and she was so kind and helpful and understood how I was feeling and answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable once all my questions were answered and the quality of service was excellent. Thank you so much to Gurjinder who was really amazing and supportive.

Apricity have been superb in my egg freezing journey. All the people I've spoken to have been so helpful and knowledgable, and the app they have makes it really easy to communicate. Using the chat functionality in the app, it feels like I'm speaking with friends, and this has made the journey a lot less scary. I have been really impressed with the organisation of the team supporting me, everyone is very aware of the nuances of my profile and it's clear there is a lot of coordination and care taken by each member in the team. I highly recommend Apricity for any egg freezing processes!
