ALL of the ladies did nothing but support and guide me through this process. It would not have been the success it was without their kindness and genuine altruism.

They are superb at the service they offer. I cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend them. The care, attention and communication every step of the egg donation journey has been incredible.

Ultimately our IVF (Frozen embryo transfer from donor eggs) was successful so I'm very grateful for this. We had had 3 failed rounds (with own eggs) elsewhere. Nevertheless, there were a number of things that didn't leave us feeling reassured. This is a convenient service for busy people, as, apart from the essential procedures, everything is done online or over the phone. The trade off is that you are not getting a really warm and personal service where you feel you get to know your consultant, nurse and advisor. I would suggest Apricity is best for people who have already done IVF elsewhere and know the ropes.... or who don't feel they require much personal contact and emotional support. There is an app through which you can ask questions and have them quickly answered, but It's much more impersonal than we had experienced previously. The nurse was lovely. Unfortunately a lot of what she said about doses and what would happen when was inaccurate. She also said she would show us how to do the injections nearer the time but never did. This wasn't a problem for us as I had done injections before elsewhere. I'm sure if I had asked for this appointment we would have got it however. Our advisor, Gemma, was very helpful and answered questions promptly. However, on the one occasion when we saw each other face to face (over Skype or Google hangout) she wierdly didn't say hello so we didn't realise at first who she was! We met online so that she could witness my partner do a Covid test. We found it v odd as she didn't say hello, introduce herself or give instructions as to how to do the test. (We had not done one before). She just sort of stared at us or spoke very reluctantly. She was however very warm on the phone call where I learnt I was pregnant. I had to continue taking the IVF meds right up to week 12. I stopped taking the meds, when due to but was surprised that she did not contact us to say "thank you, goodbye and good luck" until some weeks later... So it felt like a rather abrupt end to the relationship. We found our first egg donor via Apricity's partner Altrui. I first encountered Altrui at an infertility show at Olympia where staff seemed so caring and kind. Somehow I never experienced that warmth again. We had the sense that Altrui cares much more about the donor than the recipient. For example, we were given just 2 or 3 days to decide if we wanted to proceed with the match. It was a huge decision (as the match appeared nowhere near as close as we had thought we were paying for) and I would have benefited from counselling, but there was no time to organise this. When I queried why we were given so little time, we were told it was because the donor would be anxiously waiting to hear if they had been accepted. Surely, it would be OK to ask the donor to wait a week? ... The future relationship of the child/parents being more important than the donor's anxious anticipation! Both altrui and Apricity had a tendency to talk fast, using medical jargon without giving definitions. I have a PhD (in art history) and often had to Google words while they were talking, in order to try to understand. I think that with some small tweaks, and by thinking a bit more from the perspective of the client, it could be a really excellent service.

I think it is a very clever idea of a service. It is wonderful to be able to have the opportunity to ‘chat’ with the advisors with any questions or concerns. All the advisors I have dealt with have been kind, friendly, helpful and very supportive. I feel I have made some friends and I’ll be really sad when it comes to the point of contact stopping with them, when I’m no longer under their care. They have been incredibly supportive not only going through the journey of using donor eggs, but also through us losing my husband’s brother in law to cancer recently. Their friendliness and level of support I honestly couldn’t rate highly enough. They are a great team and should each be very proud of the work they are doing in helping ladies and couples going through what is a very daunting, emotional and sometimes very stressful journey of using donor eggs to create or complete a family. A great job all of you lovely ladies!! I highly recommend the work of: Poonam Desai, Lucy Morris, Sarah Carter, Giselle Lewis, Hera Molina snd Sarah Carter.

_The whole treatment at IVF London from early consultation, procedures and advice after the treatment were fantastic and amazing. We can not express how incredibly and grateful we are to all of the team for what they have done and make us dream again of having the family we wanted for so many years. We would highly recommend the fantastic team and staff. A special thank you to Dr Lisa and Dr. Poonam who have always been exceptional, caring and going above and beyond what we expected and being excellent and attentive throughout. We are eternally grateful to everyone at the clinic!_

Apricity has been great! The staff are kind, and I really appreciated having a dedicated advisor and dedicated nurse. Being able to contact the same person when you have questions makes a world of difference. I felt passed around at my previous clinic, and that stressed me out quite a bit. The appointments I’ve had have always been right on time and never rushed. They schedule a generous amount of time for appointments, and I’ve always felt listened to and able to ask questions. The app they is so helpful. I can send questions through the secure messaging system and it keeps track of all my medications and appointments.

My experience with Apricity has been nothing but positive. The ability to have chat with the advisors any time through the app, continuing to see the same doctor and response times makes a difficult fertility journey just so much more bearable.

Our experience has been excellent. The team are friendly, responsive and provide clear advice. The app is so user friendly, and we can contact Sarah our adviser who has been incredibly supportive every step of the way. The consultant and nursing team are knowledgeable and provide a very personal approach.
