Every member of staff is just amazing. So accommodating and understanding. Let me go at the pace I wanted which was full steam ahead for me. Always looked after me and regularly check up to make sure everything is ok. Happy

Apricity have been phenomal from start to finish with their service and care. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Apricity for anyone that is exploring and looking for a fertility service. All of the team were very compassionate, helpful, and informative every step of the way. The app is fantastic and is a great way of communicating with your dedicated nurse for any advice, appointments, and support etc. All our appointments and zoom calls were straight forward and easy which made the whole process so much easier during this very emotional and stressful time. Our dedicated nurse Lucy Morris and our doctor Dr Elisabetta Iammarrone were fantastic, extremely supportive, understanding and informative during our time with Apricity. Both myself and my husband felt very much supported, we couldn’t have asked for or expected anything better regarding their service and care.

I’m still at the beginning stages of treatment with Apricity, but my experience so far has been excellent. The appointments don’t feel rushed, and I really appreciate having a dedicated advisor and doctor. I felt like I was passed around a bit at the clinic I was at previously. Talking to the same person every time you need to set up an appointment etc makes a huge difference. I don’t feel like I have to explain my situation over and over to a different person, which has cut out a lot of stress. My doctor and advisor are both really kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had a doctors appointment and counselling session virtually, and that’s worked out really well for me. It’s so much easier to schedule an appointment when you don’t have to travel to the clinic. Of course I’ll have to go in for tests, but I feel like that’s going to be a lot easier to schedule than coordinating my schedule with a doctors schedule. Also the app is great. I can just send my advisor a quick message if I have a question, and don’t have to try and catch her on the phone. Also, all my appointments are in the app’s calendar, so I can be sure I know what’s coming up.

I found Apricity very helpful and approachable, especially the dedicated helpline through the app - there was always someone either available immediately or as soon as possible when out of hours. Though I didn’t have the hoped-for outcome, I felt guided and supported during my treatment with Apricity.
