Apex - Head Office

Apex was established in 1965 with an original aim of helping those affected by housing shortage. Now, the housing association has over 6000 homes and provides housing, care and support services to several members of the community throughout both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Apex is non-profit organisation and is run by dedicated and passionate volunteers. Apex provides general housing, purpose built homes for families and the elderly with complex needs, supported housing people with learning disabilities, addiction, ill mental health and for physical disabilities. Apex also has services that provide housing support for vulnerable people and community buildings.

Apex's vision is for every person to have access to a good quality home that they can enjoy in a good community. They wish to achieve this by providing good quality homes that are affordable and tailored to the specific needs of different members of the community. All team members at Apex from support workers to higher management make all decisions with their core values at the basis: care, respect, teamwork, ownership and doing things well.

All customers are guaranteed to receive the highest standard of care when interacting with Apex staff and at all Apex facilities. All staff are registered with the appropriate professional bodies and are expected to meet outlined standards when dealing with customers and the public.
