Abbeylands Care Home

Abbeylands Care Home, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is a welcoming and warm home located near the Belfast Lough shore close to the picturesque Carrickfergus. Abbeylands offers residential care for residents with dementia, as well as nursing care for residents with complex and/or long-term medical conditions. The team at Abbeylands also provide specialist care for residents with mental health conditions and learning disabilities as well as respite care for loved ones in need of a break.

The team at Abbeylands are dedicated to their residents and provide support to their residents with mental health conditions by empowering them to improve their mental wellbeing and build up their independence, enabling them to progress to supported living or their own home.

The residents enjoy a programme busy with activities which includes visits from entertainers, day trips, as well as church visits. To make Abbeylands as comfortable and homely as possible there are the following facilities and services:
