1st Care Osteopathy

At 1st Care Osteopathy, we provide a warm, friendly atmosphere and believe in providing safe and effective osteopathic care enabling our patients to live an optimal life. Using our three skilled systems of osteopathy, acupuncture and applied functional science we provide all of our patients with integrative, patient-centred care.

Osteopathy uses the body's natural systems and structure to restore a state of balance enabling self-healing and proper functioning. By improving the mobility of joints, relieving muscular tension and improving blood flow we enable the natural processes of healing to promote recovery and avoid the recurrence of symptoms.

We take care with every patient, asking questions and completing examinations to come to a diagnosis. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing to your appointment but we may ask that you remove them from certain areas to allow access for procedures such as acupuncture. If this is necessary, we will provide a gown.

The practice is located on Canterbury Road (A28) between Chartham and Chilham, just outside of Canterbury and has a large free car parking space out front.
