I have been seeing Matt for about 18 months now, following a hip replacement. He has been great at helping me work on my balance and regaining strength in my legs. Matt really thinks about the needs of his clients, sets realistic goals and is both encouraging and reassuring.

Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. Really great experience with Dr. Bav today at his Marylebone clinic. I was seen for a chronic cervical spine issue and i felt all my concerns were listened to during the appointment, he was great at explaining what was happening during the examination and treatment and i left feeling better straight away and Looking forward to the follow ups to continue with the improvements.
