Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The hospital was very clean and your very well looked after

I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Adequate seating. Drinks provided. Car park very busy but was able to find a space.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.
