I was very happy with my experience at New Victoria Hospital. I had a private ensuite room which was very clean, and all the staff were friendly.

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

Just Excellent every time.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Had to complete a Microsoft forms template with my details and insurance information despite already providing that to the consultant secretary. My date of birth was incorrectly entered onto the system.
