I cannot fault the overall experience I have had with Nuffield Guildford. All the staff have been helpful and courteous.

Just Excellent every time.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

The process was quick and smooth.

All the staff are always so friendly and put you at ease. I can actually say for first time in my that I quite enjoy my trip to the dentist!!!
