The booking process was extremely easy. Richard was professional and friendly and explained the procedure in detail articulately and with laminated pictures. I am quite scared of the thought of the procedure but Richard calmed my anxieties. Richard inserted needles into both ears to find a point that worked for me. I had a headache before the appointment but after trying different points in my ear he was able to reduce the headaches instantly.
