Was given a consultation within days of reaching out to the team and after making my decision based on Dr Raheems knowledge and passion I was in surgery shortly after. Greeted by friendly faces throughout the entire process including the aftercare.

Very fast and efficient from booking my appointment to seeing my consultant. I arrived quite early and was even seen ten minutes before the scheduled appointment.

25 Harley Street was efficient and welcoming. Dr Caroline Wall is an excellent GP. She is a highly knowledgeable doctor and a personable and an excellent communicator

Very polite and professional staff and clean practice/premises.

Overall the environment as you enter the building is good, a little bewildering not knowing which floor to go to. Receptionist very friendly although sent me to the wrong floor. Once I did get to the correct floor the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area was clean and tidy. Could not say the same for visitors who were treating the furniture as if they were at home, feet on chairs etc . Sorry that is a pet hate of mine and first impression.

This is the friendliest environment that we’ve experienced in a hospital. The doctors and nurses were professional and reassuring at all times. The receptionists were always happy to help. It felt like the sort of place where everyone was happy to turn up for work.

Outstanding consultant, smooth registration process especially if you’ve done your registration online prior to your appointment. Friendly, caring, dedicated and kind admin and nursing staff.
