Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Delay caused by previous patient fainting so new room had to be prepared which was done quickly and smoothly

His frankness has been of enormous assistance in helping my healing process and with my aftercare he continues with the warmest and always best of intentions.
