I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Booked in late March to see a surgeon of my choice and was treated with the utmost care by everyone I came into contact with. All sorted & on the road to recovery by May. I feel very grateful to have been able to have this experience when it comes to my health.

Dr Miller gave me his focussed attention and I was hugely relieved to be in the hands of such a competent highly expert professional. He went through my symptoms carefully and comprehensively, he advised a range of blood tests and I understood fully the implications of each. The tests were carried out carefully. He briefed me on my symptoms and I was glad to be under the care of such a skilled doctor. I returned the next day for treatment, and he followed up after hours when I developed further symptoms. At all times my anxiety about my condition was reduced due to the sense of empathetic competency that I experienced.
