Very informative , explained everything in full to me and checked my understanding. Told me what I need to do to do before my next appointment. I went to see mr Sood after having a very unsuccessful partial knee replacement which left me with an unstable knee and unable to walk properly. Not by him I should add , He completely understood my situation and put my mind to rest that he would be able to get me sorted with a full knee replacement he explained exactly what would happen I felt completely confident that he would get the result I was hoping for and he did ! Mr Bhal is calm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his reassuring manner and he quickly put me at ease. Mr Bhal took my full medical history and the examination was professional and very gentle. I was given all the time I needed during the appointment. Mr Bhal explained everything thoroughly and also used a screen diagram to illustrate my condition. Finally outlining further investigations and my options going forward.
