The experience with CP&R has been brilliant from my coaching staff to the assessment every 12 weeks, the staff are always friendly & listen to any concerns you may have. I have been with CP&R since January and very happy that I chose to go with them on my recovery journey❤️

I received treatment from Mrs Pisal and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. During the course of my treatment I visited the three London Gynaecology locations and all were excellent - clean, organised and well equipped. All nurses and sonographers who saw me were brilliant and kind. Karl (Mrs Pisal’s PA) and the rest of the team were very responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend.

Overall good except for the wait times.

Maja helped me with an unintentional low energy availability issue. Her approach was warm and informative. I would recommend her to people who need help with these issues and also athletes with specific dietary requirements, as she also helped me make sure I was fueling correctly as a vegan.

Very professional overall and quick to answer telephone with good advice regarding post operative queries.

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

Friendly and attentive

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.
