The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Appointments ran on time, I was seen quickly and taken to the correct waiting area. Everyone was polite & friendly throughout my experience.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
