An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

The design of your forms is poor. In order to complete this survey I am required to comment on the cleanliness on your premises, which I have never attended. I entered an "average" rating order to complete the survey. On other forms I am required to reply yes or no to questions that are none applicable, otherwise I am unable to submit the form

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.

Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. And when in crisis have had the best help anyone could wish. Without this experience I would not be enjoying life in the way I am capable now.
