I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I came to her with a sense of general uneasiness in life that started to become debilitating, and thanks to her effort and dedication I have now developed the tools to understand myself and how I operate in the world to a previously inconceivable degree. She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. I could write a long essay on all the benefits and life lessons I enjoyed throughout my experience with her but I will keep this brief to not get people to suspect I was paid to write a review! Steven has been very supportive on day one. Always there to listen and taught me to look at things from a different angle. He was able to unlock some of the things that have been bothering me for years and taught me how to let things go. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist.
