Mr Kumar gave me a thorough explanation of the issue I was facing with my knee. I felt looked after all the way through from initial consultation through to the follow up after the operation and his post op advice took into account my goals which was especially useful.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

This is the second time I have used Mr Bidwell for surgery, having previously had my right knee replacement operation done by him and found him to be superb in every aspect of surgery and after care. I would definitely recommend him.

I am 15 days post op today after my total knee replacement. I have been seeing Mr Vedi for a couple of years and he tried everything before the replacement. He is very informative, knowledgeable, professional and a good bed side manner. I always had 100% faith in Mr vedi and never worried about anything as his kind manner made me relax. I now have a lovely neat scar and my future is so much brighter with my new knee. Physio has started and am walking with one crutch outdoors and nothing indoors. Bravo Mr Vedi

I received excellent advice and wonderful care from Sam Rajaratnam. He is a brilliant, very experienced and accomplished knee consultant with a caring, patient personality. I had a left knee replacement at the Cleveland Clinic on 11th march. Sam and his team have made a difficult operation much more bearable and almost pain free. Sam has a superb team assisting him including Barry (anaethetist), Christine (Consultant Nurse), Vinnie (Practice Manager), & Steve Perry (visiting physiotherapist). I hope that I never have to have my right knee replaced, but if I do it will be 100% with Sam & his team.

Miss Tross explained in full detail what the issues were with my hip, the options that could be taken and the actual process that was completed. Samantha is friendly, articulate, and I believe an excellent surgeon. I had 100% trust in her ability to carry out the procedure and obtain the best result possible. The follow up attention to detail to advise how it had worked out was also excellent.

Vert thorough in both examination and explanation. Mr Anwar carried out my Hip Replacement and I have recovered very quickly which to me confirms that it was done with care and expertise.
