This Surgeon is AMAZING and an incredible man, he is clear, precise, TOTALLY manages expectations, very calm and explain things in straight forward language so you understand. I never felt a thing under a local and they even played music for me in the operating theatre. I was a very very nervous patient and to be fair petrified of eye surgery, now after the surgery cataracts are going to be a walk in the park. Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week. Stacey Strong was very reassuring, thorough and was able to swiftly identify that my father had the beginnings of a macular hole. She was able to explain what the next steps would be, which would involve an operation, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure my father was recovering well.
