Professional and quick.

Always friendly & take great care with dental treatment.. Not relative to dental treatment but wanted to say I found the lights on the walls to bright & not very relaxing otherwise love the makeover...Do miss the warmth of the old waiting room..

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Very clean and organised practice.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

I'm always well looked after and would never go to anywhere else for my teeth. Extremely professional and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their teeth or facial treatments. Thank you for always taking such a great care of me! Saija
