I’m very satisfied with the hospital.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
