My experience at the Churchill Clementine hospital was very good.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

I had a number of tests carried out and finally an operation. I found the hospital and personnel excellent throughout.

I was well looked after. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor/nurse, due to some miscommunication. The whole process of the drug challenge was very positive.

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Carmen who did my MRI was super professional and very friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout my time at the clinic. Thank you all!
