Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Naydenova took time to listen to my concerns and her examination seemed very thorough. She was very sympathetic throughout and has arranged a series of tests. At my gp I always felt a bit fobbed off. I would certainly recommend her.

Professor Amitava Banerjee was incredibly impressive. He was very professional and very personable at the same time during every interaction. While obviously being extremely knowledgable, which in itself was very reassuring, he was a very calm, genuine and personable; both a great doctor and a great person. He was always very attentive, never rushed and focused on the patient as an individual. During a very stressful period his knowledge, experience and manner were invaluable. We wish more were like him.

Dr Crespi was really brilliant. My daughter Ellie felt totally at ease with him and was comfortable talking about her health issues. He really listened and seemed very interested in everything we said. He was excellent at explaining things to Ellie and gave some great advice.
