Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
