Mr Nav was straight to the point - asked about the original problem, current symptoms, any medication/s which has been prescribed since the symptoms began. Then explained what the procedure would involve. Performed the procedure quickly and pain free (slight discomfort but it was a scope of sinuses), showed and explained his findings and off I went.

I felt at ease and well-informed throughout. The care given was of a high standard.

My surgery with Dr Thomas Jacques was amazing from start to finish. He was patient with my questions and concerns and made me feel really comfortable and this made a great foundation for an amazing result which is really elegant, natural and I can also breathe better! Thank you.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
