Following an xray I was treated immediately, it fixed 90% of the problem and relieved the pain. A follow up appointment fixed the remaining minor issue. I was hoping for a miracle and I was very surprised to get one.

Mr Prinja came highly recommended for a distal bicep repair surgery. It is a complex procedure with a fairly high degree of risk of nerve damage. The surgery went brilliantly and I had no nerve damage whatsoever. About 2 months post surgery I had made nearly a full recovery (having expected 3-6). It has now been just under 3 months and I can barely tell that I had surgery and have full range and mobility back and am back in the gym. The injured bicep looks completely normal again, and muscle mass has started to come back rapidly. I am extremely grateful as I believe in the wrong hands the outcome could have been absolutely detrimental to my long term physical and mental health. An absolutely brilliant upper limb surgeon!

Mr Williams was able to explain very clearly the options I had. Once I had decided, his reassurance gave me every confidence in him. His response to every queries I had before and after surgery was prompt. He wrote out a recovery plan which was most helpful for the physio and my understanding.

I've had three Bodyset physios and all are great. So I was pleased that Martina is very nice and caring and asks alot about my medical condition, offering advice and help. The exercises she prescribed are good and I am working through them and hopefully will find they help my back and neck. She is very thorough with the massage of my back and neck and listens when I request anything. My only thing is that I wish Martina was at my local Wapping branch as I dont like commuting too far due to my medical condition but its all fine as she is great.

I saw Louis a couple of times for a painful lower back recently. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely choose him again.

I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.
