Mr Malagelada has a very professional manner, he listens well to you as a patient and provides a good explanation of treatment and options.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

The whole experience of meeting and discussing my condition with Dr. Farah was professional, precise, pleasant and very helpful. His diagnosis completely chimed with my symptoms and I had the overwhelming experience of being in the presence of export knowledge combined with a most sympathetic hearing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring.
