I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

What a positive experience. Dr Parker was first rate from beginning to end. He took time to explain everything and his advice was invaluable.

Dr Singh was absolutely professional, informative and I felt at ease with his manner and trusted him instantly. I felt better informed about my condition after several failed attempts to be diagnosed by other doctors. After two days I was able to walk again and felt considerably better

Seen by Dr Persey in relation to a hip condition. Felt I was given the time to provide background information and discuss my current situation. Was given a thorough examination and a quick decision was made in regard to treatment.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.
