I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. Mr Stimpson made me feel completely confident in his ability and was incredibly supportive and assuring yet totally honest about any risks involved. I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.
