Paul O'Flynn is an excellent consultant so professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have been Professor Paul O'Flynn's patient for 11 years he is so friendly, always greets me with a smile and listens carefully to all my concerns and addresses them all in a highly professional manor. Professor O'Flynn is truly the best ENT surgeon in the field; I would highly recommend him. Entela, professor O'Flynn's PA is absolutely wonderful, she is so lovely and bubbly always makes me feel comfortable. I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!
