My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

Staff very friendly and professional. Showers do need maintenance.

St Anthony’s staff are always friendly, caring and helpful. The hospital is always extremely clean and I have never had to wait long for an appointment.
