Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.
