I ended up at Ease because they were the quickest and easiest to get me an appointment without much fuss or admin. Had a test session with my therapist and decided to give it a go. They were very professional, very atuned to observing things in the moments of conversation that ended up unlocking emotions and realisations. They held a steady safe space for me in which I felt myself progressing continuously each week. Thank you!!

The Wellington Hospital is s first class hospital. The staff from the surgeon to the receptionist and especially the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. A very good experience which fills you with confidence that you are in capable hands. I had major heart surgery in the cardiac unit and have made a very quick recovery. I feel sure a large part of this is down to the individual attention given to you by the nursing staff.

The facilities are great, and the clinic uses a digital platform to facilitate the communication and follow-up exercises. I definitely recommend it.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.
