Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months. I am now delighted to report that I have fully resumed working without experiencing any symptoms. I feel just as healthy as I did before my battle with COVID-19. I highly recommend Rakhee and this treatment to individuals grappling with long COVID.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.

Dr Bhatia was very friendly, reassuring and encouraging. I left the session feeling better about myself than before. She did a good job adjusting to my communication style in our first session and I am sure that this will only improve over time as her demeanour and attitude are very open and observant.
