Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Sahota today. He’s been very thorough in the mole examination and was able to provide very interesting information.

She helped me with only part of my symptoms . Told me to research about oral medication , pros and cons , saying she didn't have time to talk through them with me this time. Then she said to come back 2 weeks later. I really didn't feel that she addressed all of my concerns , and felt that I paid for an appointment and that my problems were not addressed

My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

Mr Stimpson made me feel completely confident in his ability and was incredibly supportive and assuring yet totally honest about any risks involved. He has a very empathetic nature and has a very calming way m dealing with patients who are anxious about their surgery. I couidnt be happier to have had anyone else dealing with my surgery.

I went to see Dr Orteu on the recommendation of another dermatologist and was very grateful to have been referred to her. Dr Orteu was a reassuring voice at a time I was extremely anxious. She took the time to explain her findings and the steps going forward as well as understand my anxiety around them.

Dr Lynch was excellent at diagnosing my skin condition and reassured me that we could successfully treat it. My overall experience was great - no wait time and v smooth appointment.

Excellent treatment ,aftercare and follow ups. Everybody went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible, including spotlessly clean premises.
