Dr Sethi has always provided me all the details and informations linked to my surgery and the procedure was very successful as well as the recovery afterwards. He is a very nice doctor. However, your Imaging department is below any expectation. I am still waiting to have the X-ray and MRI done. They have lost the papers and never contacted me. It is all private. Appalling and unprofessional.
