I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

We were seen promptly and Dr Singh was so helpful. Calm considering it was a fairly serious injury and excellent advice/care.

Dr Farah was excellent. He had read and reflected on the medical notes and situation and undertook an excellent assessment. He was also very empathetic and kind and looked at the medical situation holistically.

I have had private medical care all my life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. He runs late, he goes off on tangents, doesn’t concentrate on what he is being asked by the referring doctor but worst of all you are conned into a second appointment to supposedly get the results that he was going to look into and unsurprisingly he has forgotten to do so! He is the most expensive consultant I have ever come across by a long way.

Dr Rachel was kind, clear and helpful. I understood what she was checking and why, and she clearly explained my results and their implications.

Dr Gulati has been seeing me for my Rheumatoid arthritis. She is easy to talk to and I truly recommend her. She is lively and up beat and has sorted out all of my problems.
