The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

Dr Riaz Agha, Perfect Choice for Tummy Tuck and 360 liposuction. After 20 years of being depressed about the way I looked, I finally found Dr Riaz. From day one of enquiry to post op, the communication and care was excellent. I knew I had nothing to worry about as I was in safe hands. He asked me, what do you want to gain from this ? which to me was so important as in the past I had consultations with surgeons who ignored what I wanted which left me feeling and knowing that they were not the right surgeons to do my surgery. With Dr Riaz, I felt I was listened to and understood that I booked my operation for the next month. He gave me everything I asked for and more. I am now 2 weeks post op even though it I still early days I feel and look great. I was really scared of pain, but I can honestly say the pain was next to nothing, just a little uncomfortable. Dr Riaz Agha is not only an excellent doctor but a caring one. Thank You from the bottom of my heart, you were a God send for me and you don't understand how much you have changed my life. I can finally be happy and start living life.

The doctor and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. With hindsight, as my procedure was close to my ear and the noise of my skin being cut was quite traumatic, I would use ear plugs next time, and it would have been nice if this option had been suggested to me. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.

My experience at the Cleveland Clinic was exemplary. There was nothing not to like. Every member of the team that I encountered; from porters , receptionists, booking in clerks, auxilliaries, nurses, doctors and surgeons were completely focused on my well being. The evironment and facilities were welcoming, clean and everything I could possibly require was available. Nothing was too much trouble 24/7. During my treatment at the clinic I managed to lose a pendant and my wedding ring on different occasions! Unbelievably both were found, only because the staff cared to listen and then went out of their way to search and find them. Amazing and truly exceeded all expectations.
