He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. Dr Giulia Luciano removed two cysts from my scalp and did an amazing job, leaving almost invisible signs of the procedure. Also, I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I was worried that I would be losing some hair after the costs were removed, though she was very careful and left no damage to the hairline. I was very happy with the outcome.

Overall good experience. Appointment was on time and got to discuss all my skin issues. Recommendations for skincare and got a prescription for my skin.
